Ninemomo (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") values the personal information of users of the Trip Ember service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws. This policy is designed to transparently inform users about what data is provided and how the Operator manages it.
2. Items and Methods of Collection
The Service collects only the minimum information necessary to provide seamless features.

Social Authentication Information (Required)
• Profile information (Email, name, profile picture) and unique identifiers provided via Google, Apple, Kakao, or LINE accounts.

• In-app purchase history (for receipt verification), itineraries, expense data, packing lists, and other content generated during service use.

• Device information (model, OS), access IP address, and service usage logs (including crash reports).
* The Service does not collect or store real-time GPS location information without the user's explicit consent.
3. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Service Optimization: Real-time itinerary synchronization among companions and data backup.
- Intelligent Services: Generating travel summaries and recommendations using the Google Gemini API.
- User Protection and Support: Identity verification, payment processing, responding to customer inquiries, and delivering essential service notices.
4. Data Entrustment and Overseas Transfer
To provide stable services, we entrust data processing as follows. Data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside of your country during the use of cloud services.

5. Retention and Destruction of Data
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay upon account deletion. However, certain information is retained for a specified period as required by relevant laws.
Retention periods under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (South Korea):
- Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute settlement: 3 years
* Destruction Procedure: When a user deletes their account, all identification and travel data stored in the database are immediately deleted and rendered unrecoverable. For IAP, records are synchronized with the platform's (Apple/Google) payment history.
6. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal information at any time.
- Data Management: Users can directly delete their data and withdraw consent by using the 'Delete Account' feature within the app.
- Protection of Children: The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If it is discovered that such data has been collected without legal guardian consent, it will be destroyed immediately.
- Exercising Rights: Requests for access, correction, or deletion can also be made via customer support email (khm052678@gmail.com), and the Operator will take action without delay.
